Question by Why Cant We All Just Get Along: I run for times a week at the gym, But any natural products To help weight loss.?
Like im healthy n stuff but i just want to the weight to drop.

But nothing bad like natural stuff like herbs or vegetables or herbal products

if you really want to lose weight go on the Atkins diet, but beware the annoying constipation

Take 1000 mg of the B12 vitamins – energy & weight loss. Just never over do it with them.

I have looked into this myself and have started taking a product called CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), it is ectracted from safflowers, it is a benificial fatty acid, it helps by stopping you put weight back on to your tummy, and as long as you are excersising with it, what you burn off you dont put back on.

i had the same issue. i was doing cardio but only lost a few pounds. Following a trainer friends advise, I started taking multi vitimains (mega man) along with calcium/vitimain D supplements. My buddy also told me to drink green tea twice a day, eat breakfast and have high protein/fiber snacks in between meals. I’ve also cut out sodas completely from my diet and eat less during my main meals since i snack on filling protein/fiber snacks (assorted nuts, granola, etc).

Other than cutting out the bad snacks (donuts, cinnamin rolls) and sodas, I basically eat what I want in moderation. Doing this, I started losing about 3 lbs a week instead of just the 1 lb a week doing cardio alone.
