@myagecosmetics111 I guess you could say something like that. I don’t work for them but I recommend their products because they are high quality.

myagecosmetics111 December 22, 2010 at 3:44 pm

are you a promoter for this company….Great video and information

acneerasingsecrets December 22, 2010 at 4:15 pm

@KISSMAJUICYASS Depends on what you eat! some vegetarians eat pop tarts all day long! lol… If you stick to organic fruits and vegetables and eat them raw or steamed that is a good thing, should decrease acne!

KISSMAJUICYASS December 22, 2010 at 4:16 pm

Sounds interesting!! I recently became a vegetarian I was wondering if that will have any effect on my acne in the long run? Thanks!

CasualLuxuries December 22, 2010 at 6:28 pm

@acneerasingsecrets Well Chantecaille uses botanicals but you’re right. Even if it does contain botanicals the rest is like blah lol. I am glad you like it. I am usually the type who doesn’t like to order the products online. So I will see.
Take Care.

acneerasingsecrets December 22, 2010 at 7:27 pm

@CasualLuxuries Depends on the botanicals! lol… there are high quality, and low quality. Organic and non-organic etc of pretty much everything. All natural and organic products are always the best… That’s part of the reason why I love this company so much and use their products daily now.

CasualLuxuries December 22, 2010 at 7:59 pm

If a product is 95% botanicals then its good right?

acneerasingsecrets December 22, 2010 at 8:04 pm

@alohaumi8 What kind of brand are you using for the shower filter? Thanks!

GreyBillie December 22, 2010 at 9:47 pm

Hi! I tried a new natural shampoo ”LIVE CLEAN”. It’s 98% natural. I dont know if you can find it where you are but I really liked. Try he one wih argan oil its very moisturizing!

syyenergy7 December 22, 2010 at 9:48 pm

Exactly, The hair products from Thailand contain a lot of coconut oil. That is a super trick. I use coconut and aloe vera all the time. Asians know some things.

I think it’s extremely important that vegans are aware of the importance of supplementing with B12 (although there is often deficiency in meat eaters too).
Depleted soil and digestive systems means it’s harder to make and absorb. Stress affects the digestive system also. Raw fooders who have maintained high raw for years may not need to supplement and it’s best to check with a blood test. B12 deficiency causes irreversible damage including hair loss.

Cal Ben here, all natural and cheap, great stuff.

tyli1989 December 22, 2010 at 11:36 pm

@alohaumi8 What brand of shower filter do you use? Where did you get it?

zaia3957 December 23, 2010 at 12:01 am

have u tried soapnuts for hair?

alohaumi8 December 23, 2010 at 12:32 am

I know that many already know this but what changed my skin and hair to soft and silky was getting a high quality shower filter.. Chlorine is not only a serious poison, but it drys out your skin and hair.. The day I got my first filter was the day I fell in love with my hair.. It has natural shine and body now and it stoped falling out.. You will be amazed at how little shampoo and conditioner that you need to use as well..

gypsyo86 December 23, 2010 at 12:47 am

Cal Ben soap is good

cocowut December 23, 2010 at 1:12 am

Alba makes all natural shampoos and conditioners in America :) you can order it online if you don’t have it in the stores where you are

freezesucker13 December 23, 2010 at 1:14 am

You should try Lush’s hair care products, most of their products use all natural and organic ingredients. They have different products for different hair types too :) Oh, and I have dry wavy hair and using virgin organic coconut oil on the ends every so often really helps moisturise my hair!

rawmonalisa December 23, 2010 at 1:29 am

Hi Natasha:)
I like you have course hair that gets dry and I shed a lot and I have tried just about every shampoo and conditioner known to man and I also have a sensitive scalp and everything I tried would cause my scalp to itch like crazy:( I finally found a company that has awesome products and they are all natural. It’s cibu(dot)com
I have been using the Geishalicious shampoo and the Hue nue conditioner for over a year and it still works great for me. check it out:)

You are a wise woman ;)

iamtwingem December 23, 2010 at 2:35 am

Aubrey organics have excellent shampoo and conditioner products stick with the vegan lines though

lizvandort666 December 23, 2010 at 3:34 am

@VeryHappy2bMe hmm i may look into this, thanks :) i also bought some St.Johns Wort yesterday so i hope that will also help me with my moods.

VeryHappy2bMe December 23, 2010 at 3:53 am

@lizvandort666: yea, i agree. Vitamin B12 is an excellent mood stabilizer & has been said to provide a lift — but people sh/ ask their Dr 1st, espec. if one has high blood pressure.

i believe olive, tea tree, and jojoba oil are all powerful benefactors for hair and scalp health.

NaturallyRaw December 23, 2010 at 5:02 am

Would you consider skipping the shampoo? I’m a curly haired girl too, and eliminating shampoo is one of the best things I’ve done. It’s completely transformed my dry, coarse hair, into strong, soft, shiny hair. I use conditioner only to wash my hair (any natural brand will do). It does feel strange for the first 2-3 weeks as your scalp adjusts, but after that, your hair will be absolutely amazing! You can google the “no-poo” method for more info. Hope this helps! Thanks for all your vids :)

Fhmlu December 23, 2010 at 5:52 am

Vatica and Ayuuri hair care products are chemical free.

YayitsRuthayy December 23, 2010 at 6:47 am

You should try Lush products- I think that you’ll like them. They’re all natural, handmade, and they use less packaging. They have some great body butters, bath bombs, bar soaps, and solid shampoo bars. The solid shampoo bars are really fun- I have the cinnamon and jasmine scented kind. I love Lush!

lizvandort666 December 23, 2010 at 7:46 am

sippingflowers December 23, 2010 at 8:06 am

I really like Dr. Bronner’s Castile Soap, it’s 100% natural. I love it my hair is soft and clean but not stripped. You should try it!
